Southampton visitors looking for a guest house, bed and breakfast or B & B have been staying at the Eaton Court in Hill Lane for decades. It’s a traditional city centre establishment, reliably clean, friendly and affordable. We’re an easy walk away from the City centre, railway station and the Mayflower theatre, whilst a short drive will take you to the cruise ship terminals or the Isle of Wight ferry.

Most of our rooms are en-suite and all have TVs, direct dial telephones and provisions for tea and coffee making. Breakfast can be the traditional Full English or something cold from the buffet and we cheerfully offer a cooked veggie breakfast. On weekday evenings our small bar opens for a few hours, for residents and their guests.
